I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and a certified neurofeedback trainer.
Earning my Master of Social Work degree from The Catholic University of America - National Catholic School of Social Service, I have been practicing psychotherapy for over a decade. Since receiving my certificate in neurofeedback from the Zengar Institute, I have integrated neurofeedback in the psychotherapy session with remarkable results. Additionally, I earned a post-graduate certificate in clinical supervision from the Washington School of Psychiatry, and I am an approved clinical supervisor for the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
In addition to working in the private practice setting, I have experience providing therapy in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics and residential treatment facilities.
Throughout my practice, I have worked with individuals (both children and adults), and families. I have clinical experience with ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and social skills. I have extensive experience with school-aged children struggling with learning and/or emotional difficulties, divorce and grief.
